In South Samos, near Balos Koumeika, is located a beautiful beach known only to a handful of people! The beach is called Kaladakia.
However, during the last two years more and more people come to know Kaladakia due to a new and remarkable hotel built some 500 meters away. The hotel’s management has organized the beach, so you can enjoy sunbeds and umbrellas ( payment is required) and a kiosk for coffee or refreshments, sandwiches, ice creams etc.
The sea is incredibly clean and cool, but deep, while the beach is covered with small and beautiful pebbles.
What makes it unique is the small cave located in its left end, which communicates with the water. Enter by land, dive, and swim your way out! Standard diving equipment (mask) is required if you want to see and admire the beauty of its blue bottom. Just, dive and… enjoy your time!
